Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 8:30 a.m. on Saturdays for weelky rentals. Other times are negotiable for nightly/weekend rentals. No early check-ins during peak season.
Peak Season: Our peak season runs from June to September.
Deposit Requirements: A $500.00 deposit is required on all weekly rentals. All other rental deposits will be determined when reservations are booked. We require a credit card on file upon arrival and reserve the right to charge such card for damages done to property and/or if unit requires extra cleaning services.
Payment Options: Personal Check or Cash. We have an ATM on site with a $3.00 transaction fee.
Credit Card Payments Subject to 3.5% Processing Fee
Sales Tax: Sales tax is 5.5%.
Unit Capacity: Extra guests over the stated occupancy for each cabin will be charged at the rate of $50.00 per person per night or $200.00 per person, per week. Children are considered guests.
Boats and Dock Space: If you don't have your own boat, a row boat will be provided upon request. If you have your own boat, a row boat will not be provided. Motors rentals are available for an additional rate (see Boat & Motor Rental link). If you have more than one boat of your own, we do have extra dock space at no charge to guests. Please let us know if you need a boat or motor so we can have it ready for you upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation with a 30 day or more notice, we will refund your deposit minus a 15% processing fee. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your reservation, you will forfeit your deposit unless we can re-rent the unit for the same number of nights as your reservation. This is our general policy, but we do understand that there can be circumstances that may need other arrangements, which we reserve the right to determine how refunds will be made.
